1. Be an Indian citizen and a resident of Bihar.
2. Have a Bachelor's/Graduation degree from a recognized university with the prescribed minimum marks.
3. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science from a recognized university.
4. Candidates must also satisfy the qualification requirements prescribed under the Bihar School Librarian (Appointment, Transfer, Disciplinary Action and Service Conditions) Rules, 2025.

Minimum Graduation Marks

Bihar School Librarian Eligibility Test 2026: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the notification for the School Librarian Eligibility Test 2026.
